The Psychology program offers a comprehensive grounding in the scientific exploration of human behavior, along with associated psychological, social, and biological mechanisms.
Learners can choose from courses covering subjects like developmental psychology, educational psychology, cognitive processes, memory studies, motivational theories, intellectual assessment, personality psychology, emotional studies, psychological wellbeing, intercultural psychology, and social behavior analysis. The curriculum includes training in quantitative research techniques, teaching students to perform studies through observational methods, experimental designs, and statistical interpretation. Participants may pursue a Social Research Methods Certificate and access volunteer positions in research labs. A BSc in Psychology is offered as an alternative. The Health Faculty provides a selective Sport Psychology specialization.
