Explore the scientific and commercial aspects of the agricultural industry through our crop technology program.

Gain expertise in agronomy, precision agriculture, sustainable practices, and financial planning.

Learning extends beyond traditional classrooms. Participate in hands-on experience at the Student-Managed Farm - Powered by New Holland.

Operate and fine-tune cutting-edge farming equipment and digital tools. Opportunities may arise to test New Holland's newest combine harvester.

Collaborative work forms a significant component of your SMF journey. Within the crop unit, you'll tackle practical decisions regarding:

crop selection for the college farm
overseeing cultivation until harvest
strategic marketing and optimal sales timing for your crops
On the commercial front, acquire knowledge about collaborating with financial professionals, lending institutions, and corporate allies.

Throughout the program, you'll cultivate leadership abilities and professional competencies. Graduates emerge equipped to manage their own agricultural operations or pursue careers in farm supply retail.
