The Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in Accounting caters to students who have already earned a bachelor's degree and wish to advance their studies toward obtaining a CPA accounting designation. This program equips students with the necessary accounting coursework to qualify for entry into professional accounting programs. It focuses on building the essential competencies outlined by CPA Canada for aspiring CPAs, including expertise in financial reporting, management accounting, strategic governance, auditing, finance, and taxation. Students can select from two pathways: the standard 15-course (51-credit) diploma or an extended 17-course (61-credit) version that includes cooperative education. While designed as a two-year program, an accelerated completion option is available.
