Humber's International Development graduate certificate program prepares individuals to tackle global challenges like inequality, climate action, and gender gaps in the 21st century. This management program equips students with industry-demanded skills to create and expand international development and disaster response initiatives worldwide. Graduates could deliver humanitarian aid in challenging global settings or contribute to Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in any nation. Instructors are selected for their professional experience in the field, with many maintaining active roles in international NGOs or UN agencies while teaching part-time at Humber.
To be eligible for admission, you must possess the following:
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent
CAEL Online or In-Person: Overall band score of 60; Cambridge English Tests Minimum FCE/CAE/CPE Score -> Minimum B2 First / C1 Advanced / C2 Proficiency Score: B2 First / C1 Advanced / C2 Proficiency 169 (with no single subscore below 162) ; Duolingo Language Test+: 105 and above+ ; IELTS Academic Level: Overall 6.0 AND No band below 5.5; MET: 56; PTE: 53 - 57; TOEFL Academic Level: 550 for paper-based test OR 80 (20L, 20W, 20S, 20R) for internet-based test
