Humber's Police Foundations diploma is available both full-time and part-time online, earning strong recognition across the criminal justice field.
Developed in collaboration with our Police Foundations Advisory Committee, the curriculum equips students with essential knowledge and abilities for justice-related professions.‚ÄØ‚ÄØThe program features‚ÄØcourses‚ÄØin‚ÄØcriminology, criminal law, Canada's justice system, youth justice, modern social challenges, police procedures, ethical standards, mental health, addiction studies, conflict‚ÄØresolution, and border services.‚ÄØStudents also receive fitness training that emphasizes health awareness‚ÄØand prepares them for the physical requirements of police recruitment.‚ÄØ‚ÄØ
Taught by instructors with real-world experience in justice, law enforcement,‚ÄØpublic safety and community work, the program develops graduates with security expertise, analytical abilities, administrative competence, and a dedication to‚ÄØcommunity service and equitable justice.
