Grounded in behavioural science theory (including applied behavior analysis and cognitive behavioral methods) and psychological principles, this program teaches practical applications of behavioral principles to enhance life quality through behavior modification. The curriculum emphasizes observational data analysis to understand behavioral patterns and environmental impacts.
Initial coursework establishes core competencies in behavioral analysis, psychological studies, research methodologies, and ethical considerations, with focused study on specialized populations. Advanced years delve deeper into professional ethics, counseling techniques (both individual and group), behavioral psychology challenges, additional specialized groups, and culminate with a two-course thesis project.
