Humber's Electrical Engineering Technology – Control Systems advanced diploma program is developed in partnership with industry experts to provide both foundational knowledge and cutting-edge technological training. The curriculum combines theoretical instruction with practical lab work covering topics like electrical components, circuitry, digital basics, power systems, electrical CAD, regulatory codes, motor controls, PLC programming, and industrial networking.
In the final year, students acquire specialized expertise in designing, operating, and servicing electrical systems for automated manufacturing, environmental applications, and power infrastructure.
The program emphasizes key areas including control system programming, motor operations, instrumentation, PLCs, power electronics, energy generation and distribution, system architecture, HMI interfaces, and SCADA systems.
Expanding on our diploma program's technical core, this advanced study opens diverse career pathways. Students develop practical skills through project-based learning in interactive environments. Graduates are prepared for roles in designing, maintaining, and marketing electrical systems across multiple industries such as manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, automotive, energy, sales, transportation, and engineering consulting.

Three passes at the Standard Level and three passes at the Higher Level; or
