The Music Performance program attracts students globally who want to master various contemporary music genres including country, Celtic, rock, R&B, jazz, world music, and pop. You'll develop skills in interpretation, improvisation, and live performance while studying music theory and arrangement. The program also covers essential music industry knowledge, including the profitable area of music licensing. Core music courses utilize Berklee College of Music's official curriculum from Boston. You'll refine your stage presence at Florence Simmons Performance Hall and rehearse in SoPA's unique practice space, the SoPA Garage. Enrolled students automatically gain access to Music Prince Edward Island membership.
