Our Pastry Arts curriculum equips students with comprehensive training in baking fundamentals and dessert craftsmanship. Starting with essential dough and batter techniques, you'll progress to mastering custards, classic French pastries, and modern dessert presentations. The program covers bread-making, pie baking, cake decorating, cookie preparation, and cream work, with daily opportunities to refine these abilities by crafting desserts for patrons at our campus eateries. Additionally, management classes will give you insights into running a food service business. Upon completion, you'll have the expertise to pursue a career as a professional pastry chef or launch your own bakery venture.
