This practical training program equips you with the skills needed for entry-level administrative roles in both private companies and government agencies. The curriculum emphasizes office operations, effective communication (both written and verbal), fundamental software applications, along with professional conduct, interpersonal skills, collaboration, analytical reasoning, and client support.

Hands-on instruction covers computerized bookkeeping, spreadsheet creation and management, professional document formatting, plus meeting and event coordination - all essential tasks for today's administrative professionals. A mandatory unpaid internship component allows you to practice your newly acquired skills in a real office setting for four weeks. Graduates may apply certain credits toward advanced studies in either Legal Administration or Medical Support Services programs. The course is available through both in-person and online learning formats.
