The diverse demands of today's workforce and business landscape call for adaptable managers skilled in various environments and cross-functional teams. This program addresses that gap by equipping participants with essential project management expertise to enhance the success rate of new initiatives. The curriculum blends technical knowledge, leadership development, business acumen, and strategic planning, with a particular focus on change management within project contexts.
Important note: This program offers multiple delivery options. Full-time students can choose between the main Barrie Campus or our downtown Barrie location (5 Ross St.), with student services available at the main campus. The Arch and Helen Brown Design and Digital Arts Centre sits just minutes from the waterfront, featuring state-of-the-art studios with professional-grade equipment. Students gain valuable networking opportunities with industry professionals and actual clients.
Alongside our online part-time option, we're introducing an in-person part-time version launching May 2024 at our Port Elgin location (adjacent to the Owen Sound Campus).
