Students gain the expertise and understanding required to carry out human resource operations in both domestic and global business settings. The program equips learners to create, execute, and assess strategies for recruitment, performance evaluation, professional development, workplace relations, occupational health, and compensation management. Participants develop skills in communication, digital tools, collaborative teamwork, leadership, and organizational growth strategies to enhance HR operations. They build capabilities to contribute to advanced organizational functions such as financial analysis, human resources planning, and business plan development. This program prepares graduates for diverse career opportunities across private corporations, public institutions, and non-profit organizations, including manufacturing firms, retail businesses, financial services, healthcare providers, government agencies, HR consulting practices, and businesses of all sizes.
Applicants must hold OSSD or equivalent with the following:
Mature students, non-secondary school applicants (19 years or older), and home school applicants may also be considered for admission. Eligibility may be met by applicants who have taken equivalent courses, upgrading, completed their GED, and equivalency testing.
