The Commercial Dance (P106) certificate program is a one-year intensive training designed to develop versatile performers ready for the stage. This comprehensive course equips you with the essential performance abilities and professional edge needed to thrive in the dynamic world of commercial dance.
Your training will cover jazz, hip hop, and ballet techniques, alongside focused instruction in acting, vocal performance, and ensemble work. The curriculum also includes vital industry knowledge, teaching you the business aspects of dance along with career development and self-promotion strategies.
Upon graduation, you'll emerge as a skilled triple-threat performer, fully prepared to launch your career across various entertainment platforms including music videos, theatrical productions, cruise ship performances, and other professional opportunities.
Have graduated from senior secondary school or equivalent (those applying for a postgraduate program must have graduated from a university or college)
Be 17 years of age or older at the time of registration
Applicants with transcripts from an institution where the language of instruction is not English may meet English language proficiency requirements with one of the following proofs of language proficiency.
