The Angelo DelZotto (ADZ) School of Construction Management offers Ontario's pioneering internationally accredited four-year Honours Bachelor of Technology in Construction Management. Created through industry collaboration, this program responds to Canada's changing construction environment. Modern construction projects require managers with comprehensive knowledge of engineering principles, business strategies, and management techniques - skills this dynamic program thoroughly develops. The curriculum integrates theoretical foundations, research applications, fieldwork, and practical training across four years. Understanding that contemporary construction leaders need both technical proficiency and leadership abilities, we provide balanced instruction in construction technology and business administration.

Students acquire comprehensive capabilities to oversee all phases of construction projects, developing both specialized technical knowledge and essential interpersonal skills for delivering projects successfully. Graduates earn the Hons. B.Tech. (Construction Management) academic designation.

This Honours Bachelor of Technology program holds full accreditation from the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (CIQS) and enjoys strong recognition within the construction sector.
