This one-year graduate certificate program is tailored for university and college graduates pursuing careers in financial services. The curriculum covers personal finance management, tax strategies, retirement planning, insurance, investments, and estate planning. Students will also develop essential interpersonal skills crucial for client interactions, needs assessment, and financial guidance. The Professional Financial Services program is a one-year Ontario College Graduate Certificate that builds upon any undergraduate degree or diploma, offering accelerated entry into financial planning careers. Through rigorous coursework, graduates gain expertise in wealth building strategies, financial security planning, tax optimization, risk management, investment portfolio development, and client relationship management.
A Two- or Three-Year College Diploma, or a Degree

Acceptable combination of related work experience and post-secondary education as judged by the College

Five years of work experience in the Financial Services Industry as judged by the College to be equivalent
