This one-year postgraduate program is tailored for university and college graduates pursuing a career in operations management. You'll enhance your supervisory abilities and learn personnel management techniques while exploring the global economy and organizational operations across businesses of different scales. The curriculum provides a comprehensive view of operations, covering supply chain components, quality control, risk assessment, and project coordination.
The Operations Management program is a one-year Ontario College Graduate Certificate that emphasizes advanced problem-solving and practical application of business operations knowledge in a global context (including operations strategy, supply chain oversight, risk mitigation, project coordination, and quality management). Given the tech-driven nature of modern business, you'll also develop skills in information technology and innovative solutions. Most crucially, the program highlights the significance of human relations and social intelligence in professional settings.
A Two- or Three-Year College Diploma, or a Degree
(Note: minimum 'C+' average or cumulative 2.5 GPA)
OR
Acceptable combination of related work experience and post-secondary education as judged by the College
OR
Five years of work experience in the operations management field as judged by the College to be equivalent
