The Flight Services program is a one-year Ontario certificate designed to equip students with the expertise needed for airline industry roles. This curriculum focuses on delivering outstanding passenger service through hands-on training in aircraft operations and safety protocols. Participants will experience realistic simulations covering boarding, disembarking, and emergency response scenarios. Upon completion, graduates will be qualified for positions as flight attendants.
This Ontario College Certificate program provides comprehensive training for airline service careers over one year. The curriculum emphasizes essential skills like passenger safety protocols, effective communication, customer service techniques, and cultural awareness. Through practical simulations, students master aircraft procedures and emergency responses. Program graduates will be ready for various airline service positions, particularly flight attendant roles.
OSSD or equivalent, mature student status
OR
Academic and Career Entrance Certificate (ACE)
OR
Ontario High School Equivalency Certificate (GED)
OR
Mature Applicant with standing in the required courses stated above
English Language Requirements:
A Grade 12 College Stream or University Stream English credit from an Ontario Secondary School, or equivalent, depending on the program's Admission Requirements.
Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) test with a minimum score of 79 for the Internet-based test (iBT), with test results within the last two years.
International English Language Testing System (IELTS) Academic test with an overall score of 6.0 with no score less than 5.5 in any of the four bands, with test results within the last two years.
Pearson Test of English Academic (PTE) with a minimum score of 53, with test results within the last two years.
