Enhance your business diploma with this advanced business administration management program. Our leadership and management curriculum equips you with critical thinking and analytical abilities essential for business success. You can also opt to strengthen your consulting expertise by replacing two courses with the intensive community consultancy program, where you'll tackle real-world challenges for actual clients.
Those who've finished the two-year business diploma can extend their studies for a third year to obtain an Ontario College Advanced Diploma in business administration management.
The program covers key topics like strategic planning, leadership methodologies, performance management, corporate social responsibility, sustainability initiatives, organizational transformation, international business, and business innovation. Students also cultivate vital decision-making competencies needed in modern economies. Hands-on learning forms a core component, enabling students to practice management techniques and implement their knowledge.
Upon completion, graduates fulfill all educational requirements for the Certified in Management (CIM) credential from the Canadian Institute of Management. Qualified graduates may transfer to the Honours Bachelor of Commerce (Management) degree program or pursue degrees at other institutions, or they can pair their advanced diploma with a Fanshawe graduate certificate.
