Dalhousie University's School of Nursing provides a pathway to pursue significant nursing research while obtaining your PhD in Nursing.
Our expert faculty will equip you with the competencies and understanding needed for a future in nursing research and academic scholarship. Within our supportive, team-oriented setting, you'll examine and evaluate matters pertaining to healthcare policy and nursing methodologies, particularly focusing on community wellbeing, family health, and women's health results.

This PhD program requires full-time commitment, permitting students no more than one weekly day for non-degree related work. The typical completion timeframe is four years.
