The program follows a focused format, with students taking one 5-7 week course at a time. Our professors provide personalized attention, recognizing the demands faced by working professionals. Based on your existing post-secondary credits and academic objectives, we offer two Degree Completion paths: a Bachelor of Organizational Management or a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management.

This 90-credit hour program is ideal for students pursuing a bachelor's degree who can transfer up to 30 credit hours. When combined with prior learning (previous educational credits), completion is possible in just 24 months.

Qualification Requirements

The Bachelor of Organizational Management is designed and delivered in a non-traditional format. It is for mature adults (at least 21 years of age). Applicants should have an equivalent of one-year post-secondary experience, and a desire to complete a bachelor’s degree.
