This intensive one-year Ontario College Graduate Certificate program is tailored for science or engineering graduates seeking leadership roles in food production management. The curriculum provides specialized training with practical applications for food manufacturing settings. Participants will master essential supervisory skills in communication, critical thinking, and operational leadership. Hands-on learning occurs through our food processing pilot facility and industry partnerships, where students implement continuous improvement methodologies like lean six sigma, quality control systems, maintenance protocols, and food safety standards to optimize manufacturing processes.
