The Graduate Diploma in Visual Journalism, commencing in June and concluding in April, equips you with essential skills to craft compelling narratives using still photography and video. Today's digital media environment empowers individuals to independently capture, edit, and compose their own visual stories. Our curriculum fosters critical thinking and aesthetic appreciation in students. Guided by experienced faculty members - many of whom are active photojournalists - you'll investigate diverse visual journalism formats, from news photography to documentary and studio work. The program combines theoretical knowledge with practical journalism analysis. Students benefit from internship placements and networking opportunities with industry professionals, all designed to open doors in the field of visual journalism.
