Certificate students aiming to transition to a degree program should apply within their first 30 credits. Provides comprehensive business fundamentals tailored to diverse backgrounds and aspirations. Offers an opportunity to experience the John Molson School setting before selecting a Bachelor of Commerce program
Applicants to the JMSB Certificate in Business program must hold a Diploma of Collegial Studies or the equivalent, including the following courses: Calculus 1, Linear Algebra, Macroeconomics, Microeconomics, and a Computer Literacy course.
Mature students: MATH 208, 209; ECON 201, 203; BTM 200.
Quebec: You must complete a two-year, pre-university program or a three-year professional DEC (Diplome detudes collegiales). CRC minimum requirements for admission vary between 19.000 and 30.000; however, based on space availability, students below this average may be considered. Other parts of Canada: You must be a high school graduate, depending on which province you are from. Applicant from other countries must have the requirements equivalent to Canada.
English language requirements: Direct Admission: TOEFL (paper-based) score between 540 and 576. Conditional Admission: TOEFL (paper-based) score between 505 and 539; MELAB minimum score of 74, 2 on speaking tests; CAEL minimum score of 50; CAE minimum score of C; CPE (advanced qualification for proficient users only) minimum score of C.
