An Associate Degree covers the initial two years of a four-year university program. In British Columbia, universities guarantee 60 transfer credits to students who complete an Associate Degree, provided they meet each institution's specified Grade Point Average (GPA) requirements. Graduates become eligible to apply for a Post Graduate Work Permit in Canada.
The Associate of Arts Degree in Environmental Studies offers students a comprehensive, cross-disciplinary approach to worldwide environmental challenges, equipping them for further studies in Environmental Studies or similar bachelor's programs.
