The Electrical Engineering Technician program equips you with comprehensive knowledge of electrical and electronic principles and applications.

  • Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD), or equivalent, or mature student status (19 years or older)
  • Grade 12 English (C or U), or equivalent (minimum grade required), or take the Centennial English Admission Test
  • Grade 12 Mathematics (C or U), or equivalent (minimum grade required), or take a Centennial College Engineering Math Skills Assessment for Admission

English Language Requirements:

  • IELTS: 6.0 A minimum TOEFL score of 550 (paper-based) or 80 plus (internet based with no test below 20) - TOEFL code 9213, or
  • CAEL (Canadian Academic English Language Assessment) with an overall band score of 60
  • Pearson Test of English (Academic) score of 51 plus
  • ITEP (International Test of English Proficiency) score of 3.7 plus.
