Centennial College's Business – Human Resources program grants students an Ontario College Diploma upon completion. This intensive two-year (four-semester) program equips graduates to launch careers in the expanding human resources management sector, offering faster entry than an Advanced Diploma program.

Within just 24 months, learners develop essential HR competencies while gaining broad business understanding that highlights HR's organizational impact. The curriculum then delves into specialized HR functions like talent acquisition, compensation systems, workplace safety, and other key areas. The program features an optional co-op component and includes courses that count toward the academic requirements for both the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) © certification from HRPA and the CIM © designation from the Canadian Institute of Management. Note that supplementary courses are needed to fully satisfy these professional certifications' academic prerequisites.
