If you're curious about engine mechanics or what powers a transmission, the Automotive - Motive Power Technician program is designed for you.

Focusing on vehicle technology, this comprehensive program combines theory and hands-on Motive Power Technician training to equip you for careers in transportation. You'll gain industry-specific skills and knowledge to tackle demanding roles across various job prospects.

Aligned with Ministry and Ontario College of Trades guidelines, the curriculum fulfills Level 1 and Level 2 apprenticeship training requirements. You'll also engage in extensive practical training within modern, fully-equipped transportation lab environments.

Upon completion, students earn a Motive Power Technician Diploma and receive credit for both levels of Automotive Service Technician apprenticeship schooling.
