The DSAAI master's and doctoral programs build upon the successful Collaborative Specialization in Data Science initiative started in 2015, a cross-departmental offering. Data Science has experienced tremendous expansion in recent years. While the Collaborative Specialization emphasizes interdisciplinary approaches, our complete master's and PhD programs concentrate exclusively on the technical dimensions of Data Science. These programs provide avenues for pioneering research across various data science domains, including statistical analysis, artificial intelligence techniques, and software development methodologies.

Qualification Requirements
The normal requirement for admission to the M.I.T. Data Science, Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence is an undergraduate degree in information technology, computer science, computer systems engineering, electrical engineering, arts, humanities, psychology, communication and business, or a related discipline with an average of at least B+, and intermediate programming skills.
