Our Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering graduate programs are delivered via the Ottawa-Carleton Institute, leveraging the combined research capabilities of Carleton University and the University of Ottawa. For master's students, we provide these degree options: Master of Engineering in Aerospace, Materials, or Mechanical Engineering, along with Master of Applied Science degrees in the same disciplines. Additionally, we've introduced a new collaborative specialization in Climate Change studies.
