This distinctive program offers comprehensive training across three disciplines, preparing you to offer physical, cognitive, communication, or psychosocial assistance to clients of all ages, from infants to seniors.
Program objectives
Apply the Rehabilitation Assistant Framework by effectively Planning, Implementing, Observing, and Documenting care.
Exhibit professional conduct through task accountability, proper communication, accepting feedback positively, and efficient time management.
Engage in clear, appropriate communication with clients, healthcare teams, colleagues, and instructors using verbal, written, and non-verbal methods.
Complete the program successfully by maintaining a B average or higher CGPA across all courses and earning credit in all three practicum placements.
High school graduation
English Studies 12 or English 12 or English First Peoples 12 and at least 1 science: Biology 12, Physics 12 or Chemistry 12
