You'll develop a comprehensive understanding of human growth phases and available community resources for individuals with disabilities. The program teaches alternative communication methods such as sign language, braille, and picture exchange systems. Through person-focused strategies and encouraging reinforcement, you'll empower people with disabilities and their families to lead secure, dignified lives filled with quality experiences and social integration.
