Goodman holds master's-level accreditation from Chartered Professional Accountants (CPA) Ontario, with programs structured to align with CPA Ontario's competency framework.
Through Goodman's Accounting Co-op program, you'll fulfill the work experience requirements for CPA certification, including eligibility for a public accounting license. The CPA designation mandates 30 months of professional experience - our students typically gain 16 to 20 months of work experience across Ontario before graduation. Applicants must have
Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD);
Minimum six Grade 12 4U or 4M-level credits, including program specific prerequisites.
A minimum admission average of 70% (many programs require a higher average)
English proficiency requirements
IELTS – Academic: overall 7.0 with no band below 6.5
TOEFL iBT: overall 100, minimum 27 on writing, 27 on speaking
Duolingo: minimum score of 120
CAE (C1 Advanced): 185 minimum score
CPE (C2 Proficiency): 185 minimum score
