The curriculum includes three key elements: classroom instruction and scenario training (three days weekly for 14 weeks), a 200-hour hospital clinical placement distributed across semesters two and three, and a 672-hour paramedic preceptorship spanning 17 weeks. Upon completing the practicum, students must pass both a comprehensive written exam and an oral evaluation conducted by the program's medical director.
