This two-year Office Administration - Executive Ontario College Diploma equips you for a successful career as an administrative professional across various industries.
Gain practical experience in a simulated office environment, mastering key areas like office administration, travel coordination (both domestic and international), event organization, financial tasks, HR functions, and social media management.
Strengthen your Microsoft Office proficiency through hands-on training in document creation, transcription, desktop publishing, accounting procedures, database handling, and project coordination.
The program offers an optional paid co-op opportunity for practical experience (see Additional Information). Note that co-op placements are limited and depend on academic performance and availability. Admission to the co-op stream doesn't ensure a placement position.
Entry Requirements may vary from county to county, Applicants must have an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD), or equivalent. Applicants with an OSSD showing senior English and/or Mathematics courses at the Basic Level, or with Workplace or Open courses, will be tested to determine their eligibility for admission; OR
Academic and Career Entrance (ACE) certificate; OR
General Educational Development (GED) certificate; OR
Mature Student status (19 years of age or older and without a high school diploma at the start of the program).
