The Associate of Arts is a two-year undergraduate qualification available at numerous institutions across British Columbia and other regions. This degree program aims to deliver comprehensive knowledge and practical experiences that serve as a base for advanced academic pursuits or career opportunities. Those enrolled in the Associate of Arts (Business and Psychology) program will acquire interdisciplinary expertise spanning arts, humanities, and social sciences while honing their analytical and investigative abilities.
The curriculum features an adaptable dual focus on business and psychology, enabling learners to examine diverse business disciplines such as micro/macro economics, labor and managerial economics, financial systems, accounting, and marketing, alongside psychological studies covering developmental, behavioral, social, and clinical psychology.
Participants will explore how fundamental aspects of human cognition and behavior influence corporate strategies, advertising approaches, and workplace dynamics.
Completion of Secondary Education (12 years, or equivalent) or mature student status, or post-secondary transfer.
