The Jodrey School of Computer Science plays a pivotal role in the Acadia Institute for Data Analytics (AIDA), offering numerous chances to collaborate with regional businesses on data-driven problem solving. AIDA operates in conjunction with the Acadia Entrepreneurship Centre, facilitating valuable industry connections. Acadia pioneered the Web Census - a comprehensive survey of all publicly accessible web servers - and continues leading research on web structure analysis methodologies. Our strengths in artificial intelligence, mobile computing, and multi-agent systems are amplified through teamwork within the Cooperative Intelligent Distributed Systems Group and Intelligent Information Technology Research Laboratory.
