This specialized program blends hands-on culinary techniques with essential business management training, creating well-rounded culinary professionals. Our Bachelor of Culinary Management goes beyond teaching cooking basics, challenging students to develop entrepreneurial thinking in the food industry. In your third year, you'll gain 12 months of paid professional experience through our supported industry placement program. This comprehensive four-year course merges practical training with academic study, providing a thorough understanding of culinary leadership. The curriculum bridges kitchen operations with business theory, enhancing skills in traditional cooking methods, menu development, and food service operations. You'll study key business areas like HR management, leadership development, strategic planning, and innovation - crucial skills for managing budgets, inventory, teams, and facilities while pursuing culinary excellence. The program's highlight is a paid third-year internship offering real-world industry exposure.
An Australian Year 12 qualification with an ATAR/TER score of 60 or higher.

Successful completion of a recognized Foundation Studies program in Australia with credit average.

Satisfactory completion of the International Baccalaureate Diploma minimum 25 points over six subjects.
Senior high school certificate that is equivalent to an Australian Year 12 qualification with the required score from the public examination.

Level Certificate with grade 'D' or higher in 3 Advanced Level subjects.
English language requirements
International students must have a good command of written and spoken English. William Angliss Institute English Language entry requirements must be demonstrated by ONE of the following:
