The Master of Nursing (Professional Studies) program is designed to equip graduates with a nursing undergraduate degree by enhancing their theoretical understanding and analytical abilities for advanced clinical practice.
Important: Completion of this course does not qualify graduates for Australian Registered Nurse status.
During their final terms, students will have opportunities to integrate and implement advanced nursing principles through clinical placements as part of their culminating experience.
Duration: 2 years
Completion of an undergraduate degree in nursing (AQF Level 7 or equivalent).
Applicants seeking admission on the basis of work experience must support their application with a Statement of Service for all work experience listed on the application.
English Language Requirements:
IELTS: 6.5 overall score (min 6.0 in each subtest); TOEFL internet-based score of 82: Writing 21, Speaking 18, Reading 13, Listening 13; Pearson Test of English Academic (PTE): 58 overall; No communication skills less than 50.
