This program focuses on the theories and technologies for creating distributed applications for mobile devices. Graduates will master advanced concepts concerning mobile hardware, data storage, transmission, and communication networks. They will also learn to analyze and solve practical challenges in mobile computing, incorporating user interface design principles along with professional and ethical considerations—especially regarding data security, privacy, and user behavior in mobile applications.
To continue in the program, students must maintain a minimum GPA of 5. Those falling below this threshold will be moved to the Bachelor of Information Systems degree.
