Conventional methods for addressing environmental issues require reevaluation and should incorporate circular economy principles, life cycle analysis, climate-smart approaches, and digital transformation. In this program, students examine diverse challenges in water supply, food production, infrastructure, and energy provision, then develop innovative design solutions using comprehensive, forward-thinking, and sustainable technologies and approaches. Through practical, real-world projects, students investigate solutions that combine technical, technological (IoT), social, cultural, geographical, regulatory, and ethical considerations. Successful completion of Global Assessment Certificate with a GPA of 2.3.
Successful completion of Year 12 with an ATAR of 60, successful completion of a recognised foundation studies program, 1 year of university studies or completion of a qualification equivalent to an Australian AQF Certificate IV.
2 years full-time study at a recognised postsecondary institution where the language of instruction is English.
