The Economics program offers a comprehensive, pluralistic approach to understanding key relationships among individuals, businesses, institutions, and nations.

Through this major, students explore economic systems and examine how organizational behavior and public policies influence various social, economic, and environmental challenges. The curriculum presents multiple economic perspectives, empowering students to think critically about their potential to drive meaningful change.

An Economics degree equips graduates to engage with complex issues confronting governments, nonprofits, and corporations across local and global markets.

Economics students hone their analytical abilities and problem-solving techniques while engaging with intellectually stimulating material, whether they pursue the field for professional development or purely academic enrichment.
