This program examines the connections between leadership and entrepreneurship within rapidly changing domestic and global contexts. It introduces concepts of change and innovation as they apply to business transformation. You will engage with contrasting perspectives to grasp the complexity of organizational relationships in change and innovation processes. To prepare for management positions, the program analyzes challenges in building sustainable, innovative organizations and includes assessments that involve hands-on experience with organizational change elements. The curriculum builds knowledge about launching business ventures by leveraging identified opportunities and mobilizing necessary resources. Various leadership and entrepreneurship theories are explored, with encouragement to apply them to practical situations as preparation for future leadership and entrepreneurial roles.
