This criminology program enables students to critically examine crime and justice systems, with special emphasis on societal and cultural perceptions of criminal behavior and responses to it.
Key study areas encompass justice system structures and operations; the historical development of criminological theories; patterns of victimization; crime prevention approaches and discussions; youth justice considerations; the transformation of correctional systems and punishment methods; policing and monitoring practices; the intersection of violence, gender, and criminal activity; representations of crime in culture; and current issues in criminological discourse.

Successful completion of Global Assessment Certificate with a GPA of 2.3.
