After completing core units with a 70% average, you'll launch your own research project in an area that matches both your personal interests and our institutional priorities.
Program objectives
VU's innovative Master of Research enables students to conduct and finalize a supervised research project at the master's level (AQF 9). This is accomplished through introductory coursework units that explore a) research process fundamentals and expectations, and b) relevant disciplinary specializations when applicable. The research journey is further supported through milestone requirements that ensure guidance, quality standards, and timely project completion.
Upon completing the Master of Research, graduates will attain these educational goals and develop the ability to:
