The Master of Project Management program examines how effective management practices can enhance an organization's capacity to plan, execute, and oversee business operations. This graduate course delivers extensive project management training covering the entire project cycle - from conception and planning to implementation and completion - while addressing various challenges common in corporate environments. With technological advancements transforming project management methodologies, businesses increasingly seek competent project managers capable of optimizing organizational performance.
This accelerated 2-year dual-degree package enables students to earn two master's qualifications in the time typically required for one (normally 3 years separately). Students begin by finishing their first master's program in 1.5 years, then receive advanced standing (36 credit points) toward their second master's, allowing completion in just two additional trimesters. Those with undergraduate degrees in Business or Commerce may qualify for additional credit, potentially reducing the total duration to under two years for both degrees.
A recognised bachelor degree in a specialisation related to Business, Engineering, Maths or IT with an equivalent average mark of 50% or a Graduate Certificate in Business. Other tertiary qualifications combined with extensive professional work experience will be considered.
