The Master of Project Management delves into how effective management can enhance an organization's capacity to strategize, execute, and oversee business operations. This program equips students with end-to-end project management expertise, covering the entire project lifecycle—from initiation and planning to execution and closure—while addressing common challenges in business environments. With emerging technologies transforming project management, companies increasingly seek skilled professionals to optimize business performance.
The Master of Innovation and Entrepreneurship empowers you to transform concepts into viable ventures while fostering a culture of innovation. You'll cultivate an entrepreneurial approach, apply design thinking methodologies, and master practical tools to bring ideas to life.

During your studies, faculty will guide you through key areas like innovative leadership, entrepreneurial finance, overcoming innovation challenges, strategic business planning, and product development. You'll acquire expertise in securing funding and gain insights into the multifaceted process of launching, growing, and capitalizing on innovative initiatives.

This program offers the opportunity to assess the viability of your own business concept. You'll develop skills to analyze opportunities through financial, technical, and legal lenses while mastering contemporary product development and marketing strategies in today's dynamic marketplace.
This accelerated dual-degree pathway enables completion of two master's programs in two years—saving one year compared to separate study. After finishing your first master's in 1.5 years, you'll receive credit for six subjects (36 credit points) toward your second degree, allowing completion in just two additional trimesters. Business or Commerce graduates may qualify for additional credit, potentially completing both degrees in under two years.
