The Master of Innovation and Entrepreneurship equips you with essential expertise to transform concepts into viable business ventures and drive innovation in professional settings. You'll develop an entrepreneurial approach, practice design thinking methodologies, and master practical tools to bring your visions to life.
During the program, our faculty will guide you through key areas including leadership in innovation, entrepreneurial finance, overcoming challenges in business innovation, strategic planning, and launching new products to market. You'll acquire skills in securing funding and gain in-depth insights into the entire innovation lifecycle - from conception to implementation and commercialization.
This degree offers you the chance to assess the viability of your own entrepreneurial concepts. You'll learn to analyze opportunities through multiple lenses - financial, technical, and legal - while developing comprehensive knowledge of modern product development and marketing strategies in today's competitive landscape.
The program culminates with an applied research project, allowing you to implement your acquired knowledge in a real-world business scenario.
A recognised bachelor degree with an equivalent average mark of 50%; or a UOW Graduate Certificate in Business; or Graduate Certificate in Innovation Entrepreneurship. Other tertiary qualifications combined with extensive professional work experience will be considered.
