The Master of Education (Educational Leadership) program is designed for current educational leaders or those aspiring to leadership roles across various educational environments, including schools, early childhood centers, universities, and vocational institutions. This program explores core principles of educational leadership and management while teaching practical applications for educators. Participants will develop expertise in coaching new teachers, overseeing curriculum and evaluation systems, facilitating professional growth, and driving institutional transformation. The curriculum equips students to analyze and address challenges in today's dynamic educational landscape, culminating in a personalized research project aligned with their professional focus and academic interests.
A recognised bachelor's degree in education or teaching, and one of the following:
postgraduate qualifications in any field; or
professional experience equivalent to one year full-time in an educational field considered by the School to be appropriate to the program of study.
OR
A recognised bachelor’s degree in any field, and one of the following:
postgraduate qualifications in education or teaching; or
professional experience equivalent to two years full-time in an educational field considered by the School to be appropriate to the program of study.
