Public Health combines scientific knowledge with practical strategies to enhance community well-being, environments, and governance. It focuses on disease prevention, lifespan extension, and health promotion by studying population data and implementing evidence-based solutions. This program equips students with knowledge about critical factors influencing community health outcomes. You'll gain expertise in gathering, evaluating, and interpreting health data; designing and overseeing health initiatives; and implementing population health improvements. Exceptional students have the opportunity to pursue an Honours year after completing the degree to refine their research capabilities.
