Research in this field aims to uncover the underlying mechanisms that drive actions across different situations. Psychological insights help us comprehend our identities, thought processes, emotions, actions, and personal growth. This understanding enables psychologists to enhance wellbeing and address mental health challenges affecting individuals, couples, families, groups, and organizations.
